But gathering all the data and putting the summary together can be extremely time consuming. With generative AI (genAI) for your incident summaries, there’s no more chasing info, no more delays.
The Exigence GenAI Buddy automatically populates all the relevant data into the summary section in the Exigence platform as soon as the incident has been resolved. This way you get a clear, accurate, and coherent recap at the touch of a button. 
The report can include the following items, for example:

You can also edit the report, adding or removing whatever information you think is (or isn’t) required by the incident team and management. 
Then, you can take this summary and include it in your incident report for root cause analysis and lessons learned.
